This policy explains what personal information Future Ventures collects, why we collect it, who we share it with and what rights you have over it. It covers this website and the enquiries and letters that come from it.

Who we are
Future Ventures is a trading name of 5JE London Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15891621), whose registered office is 249 Cranbrook Road, Ilford, IG1 4TG.
We are the data controller for the information described in this policy. That means we decide what is collected and what happens to it, and we are responsible to you for it.

What we collect, and why
If you ask us for a cash offer, or send us an enquiry
When you use our cash-offer form or any enquiry form on this site, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address and telephone number, the address and postcode of the property, and anything you tell us in the notes or message field. If you tell us the property's size or your own view of its value, we keep that too.
We use it to work out what we can offer for the property, to contact you about it, and to keep a record of what we quoted and when. Our lawful basis is that this processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in running a property-buying business and keeping accurate records of the offers we make.
If you received a letter from us
If you are responding to a letter, we already hold the property address and a reference number printed on that letter. We identified the property from publicly available information — principally HM Land Registry price-paid data and the Energy Performance Certificate register, both of which are published as open data by the UK government. We did not buy your details from a list broker.
Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in identifying properties we may wish to buy and making their owners an offer. You can ask us to stop writing to you at any time, and we will — see Your rights below.
Everyone who visits the site
Like most websites, ours records technical information automatically: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visited and the site you arrived from. We use it to keep the site working, to protect it from abuse, and to understand which pages are useful. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site; where this involves non-essential analytics cookies, we rely on your consent.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information to anyone, ever.
- We do not pass your details to estate agents, brokers, or other property buyers.
- We do not use your information to make automated decisions that have a legal effect on you. A person always decides whether we make an offer.
- We do not ask for bank details, card numbers or copies of identity documents through this website.
Who else handles your information
We use a small number of service providers to run the business. They act on our instructions and may only use your information to provide their service to us:
- Zoho CRM (European Union) — stores seller enquiries and the record of offers we have made.
- Neon (London, United Kingdom) — the database holding the property records and the offer figures behind our letters and this site's offer pages.
- Resend — delivers our emails, including offer confirmations.
- Replit — hosts this website.
- Google Analytics — website analytics, and only if you accept cookies. Google Tag Manager was removed on 28 August 2026 and is no longer loaded.
- Google Maps / Street View — where a property pack shows a street-level image, Google receives the property's location in order to return that image.
- PropertyData — property market data we use to value a property. We send the property's address; we do not send your name or contact details.
We may also share information with our professional advisers (for example solicitors or accountants) where they need it, and with the police or a regulator where we are legally required to.
Where your information is held
Our two main systems are hosted in the United Kingdom and the European Union. Some of our providers are based outside the UK; where information is transferred abroad, we rely on the safeguards permitted by UK data protection law, such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement.
Cookies
Analytics cookies are not essential and are set only with your agreement.
Our Cookie Policy lists the cookies in use and explains how to change your choice.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and offer records for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and to show what we offered and when, and then for six years, which is the period in which a claim could be brought. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we keep the minimum needed to honour that request — otherwise we would have no way of knowing not to write to you again.
Keeping it secure
Access to our systems is limited to people who need it. Connections to this site are encrypted. No system is perfect, and if a breach ever affected your rights we would tell you and the Information Commissioner's Office as the law requires.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- Be told what we hold about you and get a copy of it.
- Have it corrected if it is wrong or incomplete.
- Have it deleted, where we have no good reason to continue holding it.
- Object to our using it for our legitimate interests — including asking us to stop sending you letters or marketing.
- Restrict what we do with it while a question about it is resolved.
- Receive it in a portable form, where we rely on your consent or a contract.
- Withdraw your consent at any time, where consent is what we relied on.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK's data protection regulator: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, or 0303 123 1113.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we use your information we will update this page and change the date at the top. Where a change materially affects you, we will tell you directly.
