This page lists everything this website stores on your device, what each item is for, and how to change your mind. It describes what the site actually does. If you find something on your device from us that is not listed here, please tell us at info@futureventures.co.uk and we will correct it.

  • Nothing that measures you loads until you say yes. Google Analytics is not in these pages at all until you accept it — not loaded and switched off, but not there.
  • Accept and Reject are one click each, side by side, and neither is pre-selected.
  • You can change your answer at any time, from Cookie choices in the footer of every page, or here on this page.
  • If you reject, or simply never answer, the only two things stored are the strictly necessary ones in the first table below.

Strictly necessary — stored whatever you choose

These two do not measure you and are not used for analytics. They are set whichever answer you give, including Reject, because the site cannot remember your answer or serve you reliably without them. UK law does not require consent for cookies that are strictly necessary to provide the service you asked for, but you are entitled to know they are there.

Analytics — only after you accept

If, and only if, you click Accept, we load Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-QEVNZ68ZEK), and Google then sets the cookies below. Until you accept, that script is not on the page and none of these cookies exists. We use this to count visits and see which pages are read. We do not use it for advertising or retargeting, and we do not sell it.

Google Analytics is the only thing we load. There is no tag manager, no advertising tag and no third-party script of any other kind.

Google Analytics is provided by Google, which acts as our processor. Analytics data may be handled outside the UK. Google’s own description of these cookies is at business.safety.google/privacy.

The two cookies above are what we measured on 28 August 2026, and they are all of them. If you ever see another cookie from us that is not on this page, tell us: it is either something we should have listed, or something that should not be there, and either way we want to know.

Until 28 August 2026 this site also loaded a Google Tag Manager container (GTM‑NXK9TG4D), which loaded a second Google Analytics property, G‑Y6YKL670W7, and set a third cookie, _ga_Y6YKL670W7. That property was not ours and the container was administered for us rather than by us, which meant what it loaded could change without this page changing with it. It has been removed, and nothing has replaced it. If you accepted cookies before that date, that cookie may still be on your device; refusing or withdrawing here deletes it, and so does clearing cookies in your browser.

Changing your mind, and what happens when you do

Withdrawing is the same single click as consenting. Use Cookie choices in the footer of any page, or the buttons higher up this page. When you reject after having accepted, we delete the analytics cookies listed above from this device straight away, and nothing loads on the next page you open. Your answer is kept for six months; after that we ask again.

What we do not use

No advertising or retargeting cookies. No social media tracking pixels. No live chat. No A/B or split testing. No fingerprinting.

Until 28 August 2026 this page listed PHPSESSID, LPVisitorID, LPVID, LPSessionID, LPSID, optimizelyBuckets, optimizelyEndUserId, optimizelySegments, AMP_TOKEN, _gid, _gat and _gac_<id>. Those came from a template. This site does not set any of them and never has, so they have been removed rather than left to look thorough.

Other things kept on your device

Not everything stored on a device is a cookie, and the rules cover the rest of it too.

  • Your cash offer, while you are getting one. On /cash-offer/ the figure, the property address and the contact details you have typed are held in your browser’s session storage so the “call me” step can carry them over without putting your name and telephone number in the web address, where they would end up in browser history and server logs. It is deleted when you close the tab, and it is strictly necessary for the step you asked for.

Blocking or deleting cookies yourself

Every browser lets you see, delete and block cookies from its settings or privacy menu, and clearing them will also clear the record of your answer, so we will ask again on your next visit. If you block cookies from this site altogether we cannot remember your choice at all — the banner will say so rather than pretending it saved something. The site itself works either way; you do not have to accept anything to use it, to get a cash offer or to contact us.
